And on the 6th Day God Created The Beer Tent ...
My friend in Chicago still refers to this as the Corn Festval from Doc Hollywood!
But it still is a fun time for small town Americana...
The annual Curwood Festival is held the first full weekend in June in honor of James Oliver Curwood (1878-1927), who wrote 33 popular adventure novels and who built Curwood Castle in his hometown, Owosso, as a writing studio.
Many of his stories became motion pictures, including 'The Bear', which had its U.S. Premier in Owosso.

Well ok "Da Beer Tent"
a combination of beer, people, music, sweat, noise magnified to the umpteenth power...
A true midwest cornucopia of spirited bedlam!
